I’m a North Florida-based Wedding and Couples photographer. Since 2020, I’ve been all about capturing that 'carefree kinda love.' It’s important to me that your vibe, the essence of who you are, is captured on camera. I want you to look back on these photos with your honey and think “yes, this is SO us!”
Viktoriya and Eric eloped a few months prior, and decided to celebrate the moment with some formal photos. When they told me about some of their hobbies and what they loved, we initially discussed having their session at one of the Florida Springs parks. Come to find out, they started paddle boarding about one year in to their relationship. Eric bought Viktoriya a paddle board even though she hadn’t done it before. They quickly fell in love with days floating down the river and enjoying the numerous springs in the area. Viktoriya told me it was so important to them to have photographs doing things they love together as a married couple. Since I paddle board as well, we decided to make their photos even more interactive and unique by having a paddle board session on the river.

We started the morning off at Rum Island Springs, which is on the Santa Fe River in Fort White, Florida. Rum Island Springs is a short 0.25 mile paddle south to the incredibly popular Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park. Slightly north of Rum Island, we found a tiny empty spring where we enjoyed the clear shallow water for some sweet and romantic portraits.
